You can also choose biometric sign in for future use or download a copy of the card to your virtual wallet.
If your digital or physical Heathrow Rewards card is compromised or stolen, contact Heathrow Customer Services to cancel it and issue a replacement.

Your account will be closed if:
There is no account activity such as Heathrow Rewards Points earned, account access, or email engagement for 36 months. Or, if you hold multiple accounts.
You may be suspended if:
There is suspicion of misuse, fraud, or breaches of the Terms & Conditions.
During suspension, you may continue to collect Heathrow Rewards points on your purchases, but you will not be able to spend or convert Heathrow Rewards points. Heathrow may contact you for verification of purchases.

Note that bonus points, courtesy points, and points received from any partner airline programme, or Rocketmiles, cannot be converted.
Heathrow Rewards Premium is awarded when you spend £750 or more within a calendar year with participating partners. Premium members receive an additional premium point for every standard point earned until the end of the following calendar year.
