Tunnel Disruption: 10 March 2025

An earlier vehicle fire affecting road access to Terminals 2 and 3 has now been resolved. All roads have now reopened but there continues to be some congestion around the airport. We apologise for the disruption caused this morning.

M25 Junction 10-11 Closure: 21-24 March 2025

Due to planned works, the M25 will be shut between Junctions 10 (Wisley Interchange) and 11 (Chertsey) from 9pm on Friday 21 March, until 6am on Monday 24 March.

A diversion will be in place, however, journeys are expected to take much longer than usual.

Passengers planning to use this part of the M25 should allow for extra time when travelling to Heathrow during this period. For more information, please visit National Highways’ website.
