Tunnel Disruption: 10 March 2025

An earlier vehicle fire affecting road access to Terminals 2 and 3 has now been resolved. All roads have now reopened but there continues to be some congestion around the airport. We apologise for the disruption caused this morning.

M25 Junction 10-11 Closure: 21-24 March 2025

Due to planned works, the M25 will be shut between Junctions 10 (Wisley Interchange) and 11 (Chertsey) from 9pm on Friday 21 March, until 6am on Monday 24 March.

A diversion will be in place, however, journeys are expected to take much longer than usual.

Passengers planning to use this part of the M25 should allow for extra time when travelling to Heathrow during this period. For more information, please visit National Highways’ website.

The Queen’s Arms

The Queen’s Arms dominates one end of the departure hall and offers a range of comfortable seating areas for relaxing, drinking and dining over two floors. The Fuller's logo is proudly displayed on a model control tower, sign-posting the pub to passengers as they enter the airport.

The Queen’s Arms is ideal for plane spotters – with one side of the pub looking out across the airport. It offers an international menu with dishes including spiced chicken thighs, Moroccan lamb tagine and Keralan vegetable curry.

On the bar is an impressive range of cask and craft beers – stored in a glass-fronted cellar. The pub also offers a full wine list, cocktails, juices and outstanding coffee.
