1. Promoter

1.1. The Prize Draw promoter is Heathrow Airport Limited (Company Number: 01991017), The Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW6 2GW (the “Promoter”). Please do not send entries to this address.

2. How to Enter

2.1. The Prize Draw will be available for entry from 10:00 (BST) on 2 June 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 15:00 (BST) on 22 June 2026 (the “Closing Date”) (inclusive).  Entries received before or after this time will not be accepted.

2.2. You can enter the Prize Draw in the following ways:

Online: By completing the entry form at http://heathrow.com/my-heathrow/offers/star-alliance-round-the-world-prize-draw.  Online entries are free of charge. A valid internet connection is required to enter the Prize Draw.

2.3. All entries must include your name, email address, postal address (including postcode) and telephone number.

2.4. Entrants will be required to login to their Heathrow Rewards account and indicate via a tick box that they would like to participate in the Prize Draw and click on the “submit” button to confirm entry. Entry is only available via the Heathrow Rewards member website http://heathrow.com/my-heathrow/offers/star-alliance-round-the-world-prize-draw

2.5. Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter shall not charge any entrant for entering or attempting to enter the Prize Draw.

2.6. By submitting your entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility to Enter

3.1. Entry is open to Heathrow Rewards members that are residents of the United Kingdom only.

3.2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over as at the time of submitting the entry to the Prize Draw unless prohibited by local laws. 

3.3. Entrants must prove their age if requested by the Promoter.  

3.4. Only one (1) entry per Heathrow Rewards member is permitted. No automated or duplicate entries will be accepted and any entrant found to be entering more than once may be disqualified from the draw.

3.5. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Prize Draw in relation to the use of the internet or any additional or ancillary costs.

3.6. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct or which are not eligible under Clause 3.

3.7. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entry if there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of the Heathrow Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions or these Terms and Conditions by an entrant. 

3.8. All required details must be provided for an entry to be considered valid. Entry cannot be accepted if all required details are not provided, incomplete or inaccurate.

3.9. This Prize Draw is not available to employees of Heathrow Airport Limited, Star Alliance and its member airline employees or of any third party who are connected with the creation or administration of this Prize Draw, or their direct families.

4. The Prize

4.1. Entrants are eligible to win one (1) pair of Round the World tickets in Business Class cabin for a winner and their designated companion (“Prize”). One of the Prize Draw entrants will be chosen as the Winner of the Prize (“Winner”) as per clause 5.1 of these Terms and Conditions.  

4.2. The Prize will be awarded based on chance only.

4.3. The Prize is supplied by Star Alliance.

4.4. The Winner and a designated travel companion (“Companion”) can include a maximum of six stops in their itinerary with a participating airline, inclusive of the origin and destination city, which shall be London (Heathrow Airport). The Winner and Companion must travel on the same route throughout the whole journey.

4.5. All Round the World segments associated with the Prize must be booked by or before 1 December 2026 for travel to be commenced no later than 31 March 2027 and be completed no later than 30 September 2027. Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be amended. The fulfilment of itinerary will be subject to availability of seats.

4.6. The entire journey must be planned and completed on Star Alliance member airlines that participate in its Round the World offering.

4.7. Both Round the World tickets must be used for the same itinerary, for two different passengers. Both the Winner and Companion agree that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4.8. No member airline frequent flyer points/miles can be earned on the Prize ticket. However, Winner may avail their pre-existing status benefits (for example, Star Alliance Gold status benefits) on the journey.

4.9. Responsibility for compliance with any immigration, visa or other requirements relating to any travel in relation to the two Round the World Tickets shall vest exclusively with the Winner and Companion.

4.10. The applicable flight fees, taxes and surcharges are included in the Prize. The Winner and Companion are responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being part of the Prize. In relation to the Round the World ticket, the costs or expenses for voluntary change fees, upgrade fees, ancillary charges, and other costs are expressly excluded without limitation. In relation to the journey or travel, the costs or expenses for accommodation, airport transfers and all other journey or travel costs or expenses are expressly excluded without limitation.

4.11. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Winner and Companion are subject to the Round the World Terms and Conditions, which are available here: https://www.staralliance.com/en/tnc-rtw. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum number of stops applicable to the Prize is 6 stops, notwithstanding that the usual Round the World ticket may have between 2 – 15 stops.

4.13. The Prize(s) included in this Prize Draw are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash or Heathrow Rewards alternative is available.

4.14. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.

4.15. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winners

5.1. The Prize Winner will be drawn at random through a randomised generator using all the eligible entries after the Closing Date. There will be only one (1) Winner of the Prize.

6. How to Claim your Prize

6.1. The Winner will be notified by the Promoter by the email address or telephone number linked to their Heathrow Rewards account within 14 days of the Closing Date.

6.1.1. Once the Winner is selected, the Promoter will share a unique Star Alliance email address that is created for this purpose alone. Only Star Alliance authorised employee(s) will have access to this email address.

6.1.2. The Promoter will also share the Winner’s details with Star Alliance including full name and email address. This does not include the Companion’s details.

6.1.3. The onus will be on the Winner to make the first contact using the Star Alliance email provided.

6.1.4. Once the email is received and verified by Star Alliance, the Winner will be contacted to discuss his/her preferred itinerary and booking plans for the Winner and Companion.

6.2. If a Prize is unclaimed by the initial Winner 14 days after the Winner has been notified, the Promoter will make one further attempt to contact the Winner. There will be no further correspondence if the Winner does not respond to the correspondence from the Promoter within 7 days of the further attempt to contact the Winner.

6.3. If the Prize remains unclaimed 7 days after the Promoter’s second attempt at contacting the Winner, or the Winner is ineligible to take up the Prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the Prize to another Winner who will be selected in accordance with the process as set out in clause 5.1.

6.4. The Promoter’s selection regarding the Winner is final.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw (including changing the prizes to alternative prizes at an equivalent value) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, a Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.

7.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed for example (but not limited to), as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Prize Draw. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

7.3. The Promoter does not accept liability for failure of Prize(s) to arrive at their destination where incorrect contact details have been supplied by a Winner.

7.4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors, or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7.5. The Promoter makes no warranty as to the quality of the Prize, their good receipt, bookability, exercisability or use by the Winner and Companion or their suitability for use. Reservations and bookings of the Prize shall be subject to availability.

8. Personal Data

8.1. By entering this Prize Draw, the Winner(s) agrees to their name and location being published on the Heathrow Rewards website in the form of ‘title’, ‘surname’ and  ‘country’.

8.2. By taking part in this Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their Personal Data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this Prize Draw, including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Prize Draw and transferring of Personal Data to third countries to enable collecting, booking and fulfilment of the itinerary.

8.3. By claiming the Prize, the Winner represents and warrants that he/she has authority to share the Personal Data of the Companion with Star Alliance and its Affiliates, and consents to Star Alliance and its Affiliates collecting, storing and using Winner’s and the Companion’s Personal Data for the purpose of enabling booking and fulfilment of the itinerary.

8.4. Any Personal Data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK Data Protection Legislation ((i) any law, statute, declaration, decree, directive, legislative enactment, order, ordinance, regulation, rule or other binding restriction (as amended, consolidated or re-enacted from time to time) which relates to the protection of individuals with regards to the Processing of personal data to which a Party is subject, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as it forms part of the law of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; (“UK GDPR”) (on and from 25 May 2018), as well as the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003; and (ii) any code of practice or guidance published by the Information Commissioner's Office from time to time).

8.5. Further information on how the Promoter will collect and use the entrants’ Personal Data for the Prize Draw can be found in the Promoter’s privacy notice which can be accesses at https://www.heathrow.com/privacy-notice/commercial-services-privacy-notice (“Privacy Notice”). Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.

8.6. Any entrant may object to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Data under this clause 8 or request that the amount of Personal Data used for the purposes of clause 8 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice.

8.7. Notwithstanding the Winner(s)’s rights set out in clause 8.6, the Promoter may disclose the Winner(s)’s Personal Data to such competent regulatory authority as appropriate, if required to do so. If a regulatory authority seeks to request disclosure of Winners' details for a reasonable reason, the details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been validly claimed.

8.8. Subject to the Winner’s express consent, Winner of this Prize Draw may be asked to participate in publicity relating to the Prize Draw.

9. General

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
