1. PROMOTION DETAILS

1.1. The Triple Points Promotion (the “Promotion”) offers eligible Heathrow Rewards members the opportunity to earn triple Points on qualifying parking bookings made during the Promotion Booking Period.

1.2. Promotion Booking Period: 10:00 BST on 20 July 2026 to 16:00 BST on 3 August 2026. Any booking made on or after 16:00 on 3 August 2026 will not be eligible for Triple Points under this Promotion.

2. PROMOTOR DETAILS

2.1. The Promotor is HEATHROW AIRPORT LIMITED (company number 01991017) of The Compass Centre, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2GW, United Kingdom (“Promotor” or “Heathrow”).

3. Definitions 

3.1. In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

“Heathrow Rewards” means the Promotor’s customer loyalty programme, with the following terms and conditions: https://www.heathrow.com/terms-and-conditions/myheathrow ;

“Heathrow Rewards Points” or “Points” means points awarded under Heathrow     Rewards in accordance with the Heathrow Rewards terms and conditions;

“Qualifying Booking” means a pre-booked parking reservation: (i) made via the Promotor’s official online booking platform at www.heathrow.com; (ii) for one of the Heathrow parking products listed in clause 6.1 below (excluding parking purchased on arrival at the car park without a prior booking and/or bookings made via third parties, agents or resellers); and (iii) made during the Promotion Booking Period. 

“Triple Heathrow Rewards Points” or “Triple Points” means the Heathrow Rewards points awarded pursuant to this Promotion, as further described in clause 5.

4. ELIGIBILITY ON HOW TO QUALIFY

4.1. You are eligible to participate in this Promotion only if you are a new Heathrow Rewards member and existing Heathrow Rewards members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

4.2. Eligibility is determined automatically when you make a Qualifying Booking during the Promotion Booking Period.

4.3. To qualify for this Promotion, you must:

4.3.1. register as a new Heathrow Rewards member via My Heathrow during the Promotion Booking Period;

4.3.2. make a Qualifying Booking; 

4.3.3. enter a valid Heathrow Rewards membership number during the online booking process; and

4.3.4. complete your parking by entering the designated car park (entry can occur at any time within 12 months of making your booking).

4.4. Where a parking booking forms part of a bundled or Premium PLUS service, only the parking element of that booking shall constitute a Qualifying Booking.

5. TRIPLE POINTS

5.1. You will earn a total of 3 Points per £1 spent on a Qualifying Booking that are made up of 2 Bonus points and 1 Basic point. Bonus points cannot be converted to airline miles and cannot be merged or transferred to any other My Heathrow account. . These Triple Points are awarded within 30 days after you enter the car park in accordance with clause 4.3.4.

5.2. Triple Points awarded under this Promotion are subject to the Heathrow Rewards terms and conditions (as amended from time to time), including the Promotor’s standard expiry rules, which can be found here: My Heathrow | Heathrow.

5.3. Heathrow Rewards Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

5.4. This Promotion may be combined with other applicable Heathrow Rewards benefits unless explicitly excluded.

6. QUALIFYING PRODUCTS

6.1. This Promotion applies to the following official Heathrow parking products booked online through the Promotor’s platform (the “Qualifying Products”):

6.1.5. Heathrow Official Parking – Valet Parking Terminal 2

6.1.6. Heathrow Official Parking – Terminal Parking Terminal 3

6.1.7. Heathrow Official Parking – Meet and Greet Parking Terminal 3

6.1.8. Heathrow Official Parking – Valet Parking Terminal 3

6.1.9. Heathrow Official Parking – Park & Ride Terminal 4

6.1.10. Heathrow Official Parking – Park & Ride Terminal 5

6.1.11. Heathrow Official Parking – Pod Parking Terminal 5

6.1.12. Heathrow Official Parking – Terminal Parking Terminal 5

6.2. The Qualifying Products and services may be subject to name changes, rebranding, or facility renaming during or after the Promotion Booking Period. Such changes shall not affect your eligibility or promotional benefits. Your booking remains valid and will qualify for Triple Points regardless of any name changes to the Qualifying Products or facilities.

7. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

7.1. You may make multiple Qualifying Bookings during the Promotion Booking Period. Triple Points will apply to each Qualifying Booking made during the Promotion Booking Period. Each Qualifying Booking can be used at any time within 12 months, and each will receive Triple Points upon entry.

7.2. This Promotion applies only to direct online bookings made on the Promotor’s official booking platform which can be found at Official Heathrow Airport Parking | Heathrow. Tickets purchased at machines are not eligible for Triple Points. You must pre-book in order to qualify.

7.3. When customers purchase a Premium PLUS service, Triple Points will only be awarded on the parking booking element of that purchase and will not apply to any additional services, including but not limited to Fast Track or Lounge access.

7.4. Bookings made through third-party platforms, travel agents, or reseller sites do not qualify.

7.5. Changes made to a Qualifying Booking outside of the Promotion Booking Period will not be eligible for Triple Points.

7.6. Qualifying booking cancellations will not be eligible for Triple Points.  

7.7. Triple Points are only awarded when the Promotor’s system successfully records your car park entry.

7.8. The Promotor reserves the right to investigate and exclude any bookings suspected of fraudulent activity.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

8.1. The Promotor shall not be liable for any failure to provide this Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, airport operational disruptions, government restrictions, system failures, or other unforeseeable events.

9. PERSONAL DATA

9.1. Participation in this promotion involves the processing of your Heathrow Rewards membership data, booking information, and car park entry records to determine eligibility and award Points. 10. INDEMNITIES AND LIABILITIES

10.1. You acknowledge and accept that the Promotor reserves the right to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Promotion and/or revoke your booking at any time by giving notice to you without incurring any liability.

10.2. The Promotor does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay you suffer as a result of participating in this Promotion.

10.3. Subject to clauses 10.4 and 10.5, the Promotor shall have no liability to you under these Terms and Conditions.

10.4. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promotor, its agents, employees or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss or damage that may be lawfully excluded which occurs as a result of participating in this Promotion, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promotor, its agents, employees or distributors. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

10.5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude, limit or restrict the ability of either party:

10.5.1. for death or personal injury arising from negligence;

10.5.2. in respect of any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

10.5.3. to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. GENERAL

11.1. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promotor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and will make the amended Terms and Conditions available to you.

11.2. The Promotor reserves the right to refuse participation, or refuse the award of Points, to any person in breach of these Terms and Conditions and its decision shall be absolute and final.

11.3. The Promotor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion with reasonable notice. Qualifying Bookings made before will be honoured.

11.4. If at any time any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be or becomes void or otherwise unenforceable for any reason under applicable law, the same shall be deemed omitted from these Terms and Conditions and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired as a result of that omission.

11.5. Heathrow reserves the right to correct any errors in eligibility determination, booking processing or Points allocation.

11.6. This Promotion is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned or shared with any other party.

11.8. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Heathrow Rewards Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement for this Promotion.

11.9. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11.10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
